Measuring your screen…
Three small steps.
- Open the page on the device and display you want to check.
- Read the screen resolution, window size and pixel ratio.
- Copy the details or download them as a text report.
A few things to know.
Values are what the browser reports in CSS pixels, which operating-system scaling and page zoom change. Physical pixels are estimated by multiplying by the pixel ratio. Some browsers round or mask screen values to reduce fingerprinting, and a browser cannot report the physical size of a display in inches.

Why is the resolution lower than my monitor's?
Browsers report CSS pixels. With display scaling of 150%, a 3840 × 2160 monitor reports 2560 × 1440; multiply by the pixel ratio shown to get physical pixels.
Is this information sent to ToolMellow?
No. The values are read by this page and shown to you; no request carries them.
Why did the numbers change when I zoomed?
Zooming changes how many CSS pixels fit in the window and raises the pixel ratio. Reset zoom to 100% to see the usual values.
