A few things to know.
25 MB and 24 megapixels per image; 100 MB combined source and encoded output. The browser applies source EXIF orientation first, then your rotation and flips. Flips apply in the rotated image's axes. Export re-encodes pixels and omits original metadata; JPG/WebP may lose detail. Animation is unsupported.

Is rotation lossless?
The geometry uses quarter turns without resizing. PNG retains rendered pixels, but JPG/WebP are re-encoded and can lose detail. This is not a JPEG coefficient-level lossless rotation tool.
Are the same settings applied to every image?
Yes. Each image receives the same rotation and flips. A 90° or 270° turn swaps its width and height. Source and output dimensions appear with the previews.
