A few things to know.
Up to 20 images, 25 MB per image, and 24 megapixels each. JPEG is lossy and does not support transparency: transparent pixels are placed on the background color you choose. Screenshots, text and flat graphics can show artifacts and are not always smaller as JPG. Original metadata is not retained.

What happens to transparent areas?
JPEG has no alpha channel. Transparent areas are composited onto your chosen background color; the default is white.
Will the JPG be smaller than the PNG?
Usually for photographs, often by a lot. For screenshots, text and flat graphics PNG can already be smaller, so compare the sizes shown before you keep the result.
Are my images uploaded?
